Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Maayan Journey is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • The return must be shipped back to us within 5 days after the return request is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and issued through the original payment method (if applicable) or as store credit, depending on the situation.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

Exchanges
